I sent a detailed email to Shop LC regarding the forum, so we will see. Also, got on the chat bot and they were to send me to an expert agent (yeah, right) and after 15 minutes waiting no one responded. This is stupid and insulting to forum members and really leaves customers with bad feelings about Shop LC, and their don’t give a d#$& attitude!
