I wanted to change my address on LC. You can't do it on the website, you have to call. I hate calling customer service but I did. I waited 5 minutes. I hung up disgusted. I decided to call personal shopper, surely that would be really fast. Automated system says there is a10 minute wait time. This is 2pm, EST.
Has this company laid off all employees but one?
I have never heard of service this bad.
