I would think that they could actually set schedules for the hosts if they didn't have two hosts for every show. That way people like Natasha could actually have a life and they could retain talent. They're just wasting resources and irritating the customers.
The problem is its usually, not always, a host who works on commission and a member of management who works on salary. Management or what Cheryl and Karen and Dan used to be called were Customer savings Executives. Ridiculous!. They could save themselves and us money if theyd stop the foolery and stop wasting airtime with nonsense.
If that's the case, then I'm afraid a few of the commissioned hosts are going to starve.
