Trouble with app

Has anyone mentioned they are having trouble with the app? I can sign in, but when I go to pay for RA, it says my email or password is incorrect. How is that possible when it already accepted them? 😳

Hello! We have received reports about Roku but not about the APP specifically. So you are logged in, attempt to pay for RA items, but then once you do so are indicating it logs you back out? Thanks for your help.

It doesn't log me out, it says my email or password are incorrect. I log in to the App, then go to RA, click on "Pay Now" then it says my info is not correct. It accepts my log in info at first. I can see I'm logged in but cannot get it to pull up my purchases.
