REFUND????
Just got an email telling me that they have refunded my money for an auction that I won? Apparently, the item that I won is not available...why the heck was it in the auction?

Re: REFUND????
We do apologize that we had to issue a refund for an item you won in our Online Auctions. Auctions are computer generated based on the inventory listed in the system. While we strive to make sure our inventory is as accurate as possible, there are times when inventory errors may occur and the computer thinks we have more items than we actually do. Or we may have had the item available, however when we went to fill the order a defect was caught so we could not ship it out.

You see if you have special computers that can actually think ( scary thought) stuff happens when they donโt think clearly that day.

Being an auditor/inventory manager for a major home improvement company, if you are low in quantity, you should always physically verify BEFORE you offer item to customers.Moderator_Stephanie wrote: โ4 years agoWe do apologize that we had to issue a refund for an item you won in our Online Auctions. Re: REFUND????
Thank you for our feedback. Our system is currently automated, so errors are not detected until after the item has been won and we go to fill the order. We will be happy to forward your suggestion to our Innovations team. Thank you!jojosmom wrote: โ4 years agoBeing an auditor/inventory manager for a major home improvement company, if you are low in quantity, you should always physically verify BEFORE you offer item to customers.Moderator_Stephanie wrote: โ4 years agoWe do apologize that we had to issue a refund for an item you won in our Online Auctions.
