"Make things right" in SLCs eyes or the customers eyes? For the last year and a half, they seems world's apart.

I just sent an email to customer service with all the information. Hopefully they get it and find the pendant and the bracelet. Or I don't know, a store credit. I really want the pendant and bracelet though. Anyways, hope everyone has a great weekend!!!!

Shoplc refunded me the two items. Thank you. I wish they could have found them and sent them out. Anyways, thanks for the help. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.
