That Dr is a menace indeed. S/he bids very high on many items across the board, ensuring that no one who has any real intention of buying anything gets the opportunity to do so. Annoying.

The Dr Carnes account had already been made inactive with login preventions. Not sure how they got back in but I completely blocked the account to prevent it in the future. The Caleb account is an actual customer, but we did send out a warning that further bloated bids will lead to a blocked account. Thank you for informing us about these individuals. Management is currently looking into ways to prevent such actions in the future, please bear with us in the meantime.
