Can't see RA cart

I am not able to get to RA wins. I'm on App. When I click on green "Pay Now", the screen starts flashing. I believe I've had this happen in the past but can't remember exactly when. It looks like App wants to crash. I'm worried to stay on it because don't know if it will mess with my phone.
