No Returns, No Shipping

I just got done talking to a shoplc rep who said returns are not being processed right now. Apparently no one is in the office due to bad weather. Good to know, I said. Why don't they just tell us that? They also said all shipping is basically halted due to weather conditions. I don't know how they're still toting 2nd day shipping. Don't waste your money on express mail or express shipping!!!
