Guaranteed Christmas delivery??

Ugh this is so frustrating. It’s now been 7 days and all my orders are still sitting as “invoiced”. The oldest dates back to Dec 12. I don’t know how they’re advertising Christmas delivery when not one of my 5 orders has shipped. Hoping I hear something today re shipment.

DHL is also known for being incredibly slow and/or losing packages. The fact that Shoplc would gaurantee Christmas delivery is beyond me. I know most of you are having issues with things still waiting to be invoiced but a few mentioned issues with DHL. Do an search on how slow they are. Lots of articles but they are cheap.

I too am perplexed by the guarantee. It was like pulling
teeth to get moderator to tell me that the guarantee is
money back on the shipping. okay then.....I was also
perplexed at the wording - SHIPPED - by Christmas. Not
a real guarantee that it would - ARRIVE - by Christmas?
One thing that I am sure if it's gonna be hit or miss for
a whole lot of people, now the wording on the guarantee
is arrive by Christmas. Is anyone going to go after the
guaranteed $2.99 plus? I have a thing or two at the hub in
Stow, OH no telling for how long they will be there.

Then anyone with half a brain knows there is gonna be a
cluster f next month when returns are sent. So...everyone
keep a good track of monies refunded if shipping back to
SLC. Not implying they would do anything shady, but errors
do occur.

Thats crazy! There will be a lot of angry customers when their packages are late. I wonder what the details are of the other networks Christmas delivery gaurantees?
