RS I had the same happen to me, I had ordered two items and after 10 they had not shipped, I put up a major stink with them and they shipped them UPS, I now have them sitting here.

I guess I need to make my own stink. I am sick and tired of having to do that! I already asked and was given a run around canned answer. Sick of doing THEIR work.

I know, RS, I know. It is DEFINITELY their job(s).

You should not have to be playing Tug O' War with them.

They put up a shopping website, and a TV shopping site. They invited us to shop there.

Yet they aren't delivering what people have paid for.

I think it's time for them to straighten up or...

SHUT THEIR "BUSINESS" DOWN.

So far, they've proven to me ONE THING.

THEY CANNOT HANDLE THIS BUSINESS.

They don't know what they're doing.

Email says my purchase should walk thru the post office today.

It's just so tiring.
I've learned from many past Christmas disasters to not count on them.
Wait til they put up the countdown clock to Arrive before Christmas. Lol

Yeah what’s with the “guaranteed Christmas delivery”?
Can they really say that in confidence? I would hope so but with what I’m dealing with now I’m skeptical.

Thinking items were over sold and either LC is waiting for returns or items to actually ship from overseas to fulfill orders because it is taking too long for items to ship. Contacting the warehouse is becoming old and means nothing because I believe it is a complete lie and a stalling technique. I don't know why it is so hard to just partial ship and inform the customer (with the truth) that the items were/are not available.

This is why they should not charge customer accounts until the item actually ships. But I see they charge and then wait until that charge posts before shipping to ensure they get their money and there is no regard for the customer receiving the products.
