ORDER CANCELLED ON YET ANOTHER SUKRITI HANDBAG item 3359577
This is the SIXTH time this has happened to me. It happened twice each on two different Sukriti handbags, on another and now this one! This has involved a tremendous waste of time in emails and phone calls and sometimes the agents do not make notes on my phone calls. Supposedly when you win an auction the item is reserved for you but this has not been the case with me. I now suspect when I win at a low price that item is given to someone who has paid several times more. I have been a customer for years and service seems to be deteriorating. Now I have to do a "forensic analysis" of my all my credit card statements to see if I have actually been reimbursed for all my "invoiced" (charged) items hat were later cancelled. What is infuriating is the items later appear again on auction.
