Where is my order?

I ordered an item on 9-13. As of today it still shows in “en route” but doesn’t say where. It has gone back and forth, from east to west and east again. Seriously it has been 15 DAYS! Yesterday all chat could tell me it was on the way. I still have not received it and this is going on far too long. Most of my items take longer than the stated 3-5 business days but this is ludicrous.
