I suspect I will get the same answer...cannot locate item in the warehouse.

Not only is it wrong, they did it without any communication. That’s poor CS and horrible warehouse management.

I posted about the pendant. It was sold as blue topaz. I am certain it is not.
I contacted CS so we shall see what they say and how they deal with it.
I know how I am prepared to deal with it.
