While I respect the job that you and the other Mods have to do here, I disagree with removing an entire thread that has degenerated the way that last one did.

I think members, new and existing ones, need to know what is going on.

Locking the thread is one thing. Deleting all the posts is another...

The "loyal customer" reported our posts I suspect so they were removed. I in turn reported his. At least be fair as hes the grumpy one.

Just because a post is reported though doesn’t mean it should be removed. Everything needs to be taken into context. In this case a customer had a CS issue. Other forum members piped in and tried to assist and were thereby “attacked”.

I think that does not warrant removing entirely. Rather locking the thread for further posting, but still allowing reading.

I appreciate that. Removing posts does not mean that they didn’t happen. Removing them only indicates something that an entity does not want them seen or read.

Letting members make up their own minds regarding a topic is paramount in my opinion.

We are all adults. Let us choose.
