Have you heard anything from Danielle? I dont understand what is going on. When things were going downhill with JTV and they were getting hundreds of bad reviews, the president actually took the time to reach out to each and every person, me included, to try to make it better. Its one of the reasons they now include a card in every order saying who packed it. They are trying to make things better. This place seems to be getting worse. I think its directly related to Kevin leaving.

Gemsnob, under another topic, OSOTT wrote Danielle saying
that she found the label in her spam box. We shall still wait
to hear the happy ending though! :)

Gemsnob, yes, I made a new thread to express my frustration - then I looked in my spam folder and found the shipping label. :shock: Now, I feel bad about the new thread. :cry:

But the good news is I'm shipping them out tomorrow. I'm really hoping Danielle will still address the above - it would put my mind at ease. <3

This is my fault this is what happens when I have customers with similar refund situations! But yes I will email you when I get back in the office and no worries no restocking fees, everything will be honored.
