Customer service rocks!!

I had an issue with an order not going through for some reason and after talking with Danielle (sp?) in CS she got it all taken care of and my order is on its way! She is awesome at her job! I am a new customer, about 2 weeks ago I first shopped, and I am very impressed by this company so far! JTV may be losing some business from me!

I've never had any negative experiences w/CS. They have always been extremely polite & accommodating with any issue I've had (which is one reason I continue to ShopLC)!
