Website issues caused me to lose order

I was trying to order the Hessionite garnet pendant. I have the matching ring. And because of your constant website glitches my cart was emptied and the item is sold out.

If you are going to have this much activity on the site please make sure it can handle the traffic.

I've had the same problem in many occasions. I think they're growing faster than they can handle.

I have had this happen many times and I called and complained but they do not seem to care and it was items that I wanted really bad, this has been happening for months now.

I stalked and stalked and three popped back in. I was able to get one.
