I waited in que for 8 mins then was disconnected. Then I waited on hold for another 10 mins, needless to say I really wasn't very happy at this point , but I did need help to cancel a order . I understand phones get busy and computers get slow.. Then a sweet bubbly voice greeted me and asked if she could help. OMGosh tension from a rough morning and hoping I didn't get the Shop lc guy I once got who definitely didn't want to be there and for sure he didn't want to help me. Mary helped in a kind, patient, efficient manner which makes Shop Lc a joy to Shop with. Whether it be you are placing a order or asking for help to finding a item, canceling, returning for any reason, the representative should be HAPPY TO HELP . Thank You Mary you make shop Lc look good . And Thank You Shop LC.
