First let me say I love ShopLC and your products. I've never had a problem with an order. My observation is for the hosts presenting the various items. I hate that they feel they must shout as loud as possible when describing an item. It's so annoying to me that I now put my tv volume on mute and just read the closed captioning. I feel you are losing the battle to persuade customers to purchase items either by annoying us or preventing us from participating in the presentation. Sheryl is perhaps the loudest of all and everyone who works with her then ratchets up their voice. The times she speaks in a normal tone is enjoyable to me and I'll then really consider a purchase. I'm sure she's an excellent employee for you and a good saleswoman. As I said, this is only a personal observation. When comparing your hosts with the hosts on JTV, well, there's no comparison.
