here's a thought about that purse.......maybe, somebody
else kept the scarf and charger and returned that purse
and warehouse shipped it out.......
nah, ware house would never do that.

Just now received the replacement to the first handbag.

This one is ALSO MISSING THE SCARF SND POWER BANK.

I have emailed Preston but not sure if he is in today.

Now I just want my money back. So frustrated with SLC and as I don’t need any more stress right now (none of us do) I don’t plan on ordering any more.

I find it pitiful on SLC’s part that not one person cared enough to make sure those items were included.

I need to shed the stressful things.

I cannot understand what goes on in their warehouse. Doesn’t anyone check to make sure the orders are correct? Especially when it is a re order because the 1st order they screwed up. If SHOP LC were smart, someone should go through everyone of those bags and make sure all the pieces and parts are there!!! If they can’t or won’t do that then do not sell the item period!!!
