REP. Online Chat Forum

Two weeks ago, I was able to go online & chat with a rep. regarding an issue. Now there isn't a link for it. Instead, I have to wait 15 mins. or more on the phone & cross my fingers that I won't get disconnected or call back again. Is there still an online chat link? Thank you! Stajia

I have been on hold now for 20 mins. plus. There was no option for a call back. What do you suggest? S.

We're sorry for the wait, unfortunately we have an extremely high volume of calls at the moment.
