Reduce Shipping

On Friday 08-14-20, I ordered 13 items for a total of $60+ - I was supposed to receive all items shipped for $19.99 for the entire 24 hour period. Instead Shop LC charged me nearly $40.00. It took two separate calls to Customer Service to try and get a correction. I am still waiting for the credit. When Shop LC offers reduced or Free Shipping - Don't fall for it!!

09-04-2020 UPDATE
I just completed mt third call to Customer Service regarding this shipping charge error. All three agents stated that I show needing a credit to be applied to my credit card - in my account notes. "BUT" no one ever sends it through. I am putting the entire charge in dispute with mt credit card company. PLEASE - do not believe Shop LC's advertising shipping promises -or- Cust Service Agents!
I am done with Shop LC!!
