Repick processed?

Happened to me twice in two weeks so I am done--My wife did not get the gift she wanted and it hurt her. SHOP LC will never do this to me again... I am done and will never place any confidence in this company? again...Her feelings are worth more than a ring or necklace and will never be placed in harms way with this company--she deserves better than SLC gives.
