Item returned

I noticed while checking my budget pay orders I am still being charged for an item that was returned 2 months ago. I called customer service and they verified the item had been returned but yet they are still charging me for it and there is another payment due on the 20th of September. In stead of just refunding my money and removing the budget payment he tells me they now have to have the supervisor check with the warehouse to see what is going on and call me back. This is bull, they should just stop the budget payments and refund what I have already paid then they can investigate at the warehouse. They admit it was returned so why am I not being refunded right away and now there will be another payment taken on the 20th.
