Huge website ordering problem

Please assist mods.

I just now tried to place an order for 4 items. I tried the same thing twice. Different card each time.

I got a conf, number. I clicked on history and the items were split up.
Two DONT show.
One shows “FAILED” with an option to cancel
One shows “Cancelled”.

What is going on here? And now who knows what is going on with my money?

This keeps happening !!!
I am extremely upset.

Check my order history and you will see.

Also....I lost TWO COUPON codes in this little venture.

You Got it Hit on the Nail!
My CC was charged twice for an item not even ordered.
The System Is Lagging when we try to order to build $50 free shipping after the airing.

It seems we can't even get something ordered, but sure am Charged#$%@
What!

Please ShopLC IT dept I know you are swamped with all these occurances:
But I know that your Web and company Count on the Online Purchasing.
You Like US out here looking at ALLLLLLL your items not just the TV Live.

Please get this flagged and tabled whatever you call it as a high Priority Problem Occurance.

We are just wondering how long we can Take This?????

Yes @Jt I too had ordered several items and it qualified for free shipping. This order is seriously messed up.

I should not have to wake up in the morning with anxiety over trying to shop. But I did☹️

Thank you. I did receive your email and have replied. I just would like my order restored. Especially before items in the order air today and I did use a code and had free shipping.

@RS , I have had problems in the past when ordering before the show. They will lower the price on the show, then not lower the price on my order. In trying to straighten it out, Customers Service suggested I not order so far in advance!!! :o :roll: :?:

That is ludicrous! Then why do they have a website? Not everyone watches the shows.

I ordered two of the rings that will be shown later. I also applied a code and would like the entire thing restored or reordered in the same way. Code and free shipping applied.

PLEASE HELP,
I just placed the order again. Only this time I added an item AND HAD A 30% off coupon.
It is messed up again. The bag shows FAILED and the other items do not show.
This is so stressful.
