problems with orders

anyone else having problems with orders not arriving, or only partial shipments?

Just recently experienced an item being partially shipped but about a week later the other item finally shipped. In the past there were a couple of items invoiced but never shipped...just make sure you account is credited the money since it is taken before anything is shipped.
