Got out of car, put bag around shoulder and the clasp breaks and the bag swings off of me, phone flies out and skids across the parking lot

At the VERY least I would like a store credit for the bag.

Shoplc has no incentive to change because we all keep coming back for more. A year and a half later and we still have the same complaints and then some. What is wrong with us?

I won’t know for sure until I get
Home and look at it but it looks like it may be the glass protector shield.
Hope so
But at the least I will need a new glass cover. I can see that it’s all smashed.

Hopefully it did it’s job and protected my

If phone is broken I have insurance on it so it will be the deductible

Well...

I am home. It’s just the glass protector that is destroyed. It did it’s job. But I just had that thing put on. I can’t do it myself because it’s hard to keep bubbles out.
So I went to Verizon and bought it and had it put on.
That needs replacing.
The bag is broken.

And you’re right @Gemsnob we do keep coming back. Always the hopeful...

I do hope SLC makes this right. I used the bag this ONE TIME. And need a new glass for phone.

I sent an email in hours ago and have not heard anything. I also posted and sent yesterday.

I really do not want to get an email from some agent who knows nothing about this to email me late tonight and simply advise me to return the broken item.

That is not going to happen this time...is it please?
