I am out right now. Have a new, cute little handbag just got from SLC. Using first time.
Got out of car, put bag around shoulder and the clasp breaks and the bag swings off of me, phone flies out and skids across the parking lot
Glass broken
At the VERY least I would like a store credit for the bag.
I have pics of clasp.

Shoplc has no incentive to change because we all keep coming back for more. A year and a half later and we still have the same complaints and then some. What is wrong with us?

But at the least I will need a new glass cover. I can see that it’s all smashed.

Well...

So I went to Verizon and bought it and had it put on.

I just made a post with a pic of the broken clasp. I also just checked for a new glass for my phone. $25.00

I sent an email in hours ago and have not heard anything. I also posted and sent yesterday.
I really do not want to get an email from some agent who knows nothing about this to email me late tonight and simply advise me to return the broken item.
That is not going to happen this time...is it please?
