RS this happened to me. Ordered bracelet on October 25 and it showed invoiced. Kept watching for it to be shipped , never was. So a few days ago I called went round with customer service who stated I should just wait a few days and check back if not shipped. Well low and behold when I was checking to see when other items I just ordered were shipped I come across the bracelet that was invoiced on the 25 and it says cancelled. Well I DID NOT cancel so called again. Got rep who really didn't help at all and since I was very aggravated he gave me to a supervisor..Her story was that my money was not put on hold on the 25(?) only went on hold day before yesterday I believe , when they went to ship the bracelet. However AFTER they put a hold on my $41 something dollars( day before yesterday I believe), they realized that the warehouse no longer had the item in stock to ship so THEY cancelled the item and the hold on my money should be lifted the next day. Since it has been 14 days since I ordered bracelet, seems as if they should have made sure item could be shipped then put hold on my money., not put hold on money then realize no item to ship. There are a couple of items I have on my wish list. Once I purchase those at lowest prices I can get by watching website I am through with shoplc'.. Have spent way too much cash here to be treated this way, ' Shoplc gets my money for a while yet I get nothing.". Wrong.

Thank you for correcting this matter, I truly do appreciate it. I waited as long as I could for the telephone call but we were expecting dinner guests. When they arrived my phone was put on silent.

The words I posted in a thread still hold true, but that thread was deleted along with another.

Again, I appreciate the attention you gave to this matter and the resulting correction.

Now back to my guests. It would be rude to keep them waiting.

We are truly sorry to hear that you have gotten a repick email regarding the TLV. Your order information has been passed on to management for a deeper review to find out why it is tagged as a repick. As soon as we have more information we'll post an update.
I do apologize that the TLV had been left out of your order. What happened was that the packer inadvertently left the item out of your package after packing and sealing it, so they marked it as a repick to get it filled separately. Warehouse management will be working towards new steps to try to eliminate this from happening again.

We have a specific agent I need to get you in touch with that understands the situation fully and can obtain your item. I've emailed your directly.
What happened with your order for the Online Auction item was that once the order authorized, a technical glitch occurred, causing the order to become "stuck" in the system and it did not progress to the next step for our system to collect payment. I personally made sure that the item was made available so that our specialist could retrieve it and get the order recreated for you, and I am truly sorry to hear that she had been unable to reach you via phone to speak with you directly.
