Did your order ever ship? Mine did this morning after three emails. I took a screenshot which showed order #. Someone responded with an apology and asked if I could email order info. Sent a second email including screenshot. Received apology and said they were sending info to the "concern department". Either they have a new department or the cs person doesn't speak English well. Third email I tried to spell it out. My order shipped. There were 6 items all won on RA. I was worried the stuff would sell out and they would cancel but so far, it says everything shipped. I should send them a bill for having to do their job AGAIN.
So far it has not shipped. I first got an email that said they were going to cancel and I asked for them not to. This morning I got an email that said they are working on getting the item shipped and that they will send a tracking number.
So...fingers crossed. I had to have a back and forth email session with I think three CS agents. It makes it difficult that way and take a long time.
I hope it all works out.
I am about to make a post about things received today (including a pic of broken item received) hope it gets posted.

I have never heard of that dept. I am glad that you were able to get your things shipped. It does get exhausting doesn’t it!?
