Thank you so much RS, and I was! But in the end thank goodness ShopLC and Danielle came through. I really appreciated them accepting the return to begin with! I just was frustrated because I had such a hard time getting the issues resolved!

I can totally sympathize. I am having a order issue currently that I cannot get straightened out.
