Problem with returns
They advertised on live TV that they had extended return for the holidays through mid-January. I returned items and they sent them back saying the return was outside of the 30 day window. I called and spoke with customer service and they said they were not aware of this policy and would forward my issue to the "back office". I have not heard anything. It would be different if they had not continually mentioned it from October through December.

Get used to it...This stuff happens here ALL the time. They are forever saying stuff on tv that customer service seems to have never heard of! It’s like the old sayin, “The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing!”

The same thing happened to me. I had several items that I had ordered knowing I had extra time to return. I have been very busy, and haven't called customer service yet. I'm glad that you wrote about this problem. I'll be prepared when I phone them!!!
