Ongoing shipping issues again!!

Actually they are located in Austin Texas. I know because my sister's packages come to my PO box since her Post Office is so unreliable. But you do have a point. i think everyone here has acknowledged the weather has recently been a problem. What a lot don't understand is if they live on the Eastern side of the country why the packages have to go the the far Western part. Then those packages make a sharp U turn and back track all the way back across the country. I think I have that right. Let me know if I am misunderstanding.

So, I'm in NYC. My package from Texas, that I ordered about 2 weeks ago is now in CA. This is not acceptable. What's the point of "free shipping" if it's a substandard shipping method. The shortest distance between 2 points is a straight line.
