3/04/21 rec'd order from 1/31/21

Can you believe my order from 1/31/21 arrived today (3/04/21)?!
SLC had already resent or credited the items.
I emailed. I've been on hold 15+ minutes for customer service.
I am just shaking my head in disbelief!
How do I get in touch with someone in customer service? Moderator help???

I kept calling and got thru just about the time I was going to hang up. After explaining the situation, was told they would need to call me back.
It didn't take very long for Grace to call me back. She was very nice to work with and I believe we got everything straight. I can rest easy tonight, but get to pack it up & send it all back (already replaced or credited).

I hope this means LSO is getting it's act together, so shipping will be running smoothly soon. And after Texas gets more people vaccinated, maybe it will be easier to get thru to the call center.

I am hopeful!
