Inexpensive vs cheap

I have been a customer over years, I’ve purchased beautiful item in the past but quality is slacking.
I bought a ring, the tanzanite stone fell out, I bought a tennis style bracelet, the apatite fell out, I recently purchased a amethyst watch band bracelet, it broke before I could get it on....I’m becoming very unhappy with the quality.

It's a good reminder that I need to be careful expressing myself in a joking kind of way not to read "dark" because I do have a dry, sometimes dark humor. Yes, I was poking at ShopLC a bit but I wasn't trying to pulverize ShopLC.
