What is a "DR product"

Hello after lurking for a while I have a question I'd like help from the forum. I received an air cooler today and on the top of it it has a white sticker like a name tag sticker and on that is typed "DR product". I'm wondering if this is a damaged return or something like that I haven't opened the box yet.

Is there any reference to DR in the description of the product? Is the sticker similar to the other stickers such as the item number stickers? If all else fails, contact Customer Service!

I can only think of two things that might be.

Damaged returned.

Direct response product. Which is like a promotional product that companies use as a freebie-giveaway to promote their company.

The first one seems more likely unless those coolers are a closeout buy that were a promo product.

Either way I would want an answer.

Super Jem:....Did you ever get a response from anyone at SLC about the (DR) that was on your item?? Was it on the box it’s self, and if so was it a sticker?? .....H
