Attention, customer service!!
i purchased a AAAA tanzanite pendant on live tv. got a defected one(missing a diamond) . called Shop LC customer service 3 times asking to send me a return slip, still dont recieved one. im very concerned about your service!!!!!its almost 3 weeks !!!!!

I keep a couple blank return forms around. And when it comes to shipping labels, I believe you can use any label, just mark out the invoice number and add the number of the invoice on the item you are returning. This has worked for me in the past. But things have been changing, it would be good if a Moderator would confirm.
