Just wanted to say thank you to customer service. A few weeks ago I ordered a Galatea pearl ring. When I received it it was in the standard little blue box! I was upset! I called customer service. I wanted the official Galatea box and card that they showed when they aired the ring! I got the nicest young man...actually the nicest I’ve dealt with. I was on the phone with him for about 20 minutes. He was working so hard for me. He kept putting me on hold while he worked to contact the right people to have them send me what I wanted. Finally, he said it would be shipped out immediately and I should have it within 7 to 10 days. I thought, yeah, right. I’ve been told that before and the items never came at all. I was so pleasantly surprised a few days ago when I opened my ShopLC package and there was the official Galatea box and card! So, thank you! Good job...this time!
