My orders from 8/15/21 say "Delivery date error in Tracking API". What does that mean?
Also says "Your order is being processed by Lone Star Overnight ZY05EAYG". (number is tracking #)
I called Customer Service on 8/25, but Ken said they couldn't help because the 10 business days were not up yet.
I followed those orders closely, it never said Lone Star had picked them up. I think something is fishy. Has this happened anyone else? The orders are for the new Blue Polki/Blue Zircon and the Polki/Tanzanite rings. Do those new robots have an appetite for Polki Diamonds?
