HELP! INCORRECT/INAPPROPRIATE CHARGE & NO RESOLUTION AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO OBTAIN A REFUND

DEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE -

PLEASE INSTRUCT ME WHO TO SPEAK WITH, OR WRITE - TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF AN INAPPROPRIATE CHARGE. (CHARGED FOR AN ITEM I DID NOT PURCHASE.)

I HAVE CALLED SHOP LC CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 4 SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I'VE BEEN TOLD A SUPERVISOR WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND EACH TIME (IT'S BEEN APPROXIMATELY 1 MONTH) NO REFUND, NO RESOLUTION. NO RESPONSE. NOTHING.

I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER AND ADVOCATE FOR SHOP LC. HOWEVER, THIS MATTER IS PUSHING ME AWAY. I'M SURE ONE CUSTOMER MEANS NOTHING TO YOU, BUT I'M WARNING RELATIVES, FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES WHO REGULARLY PURCHASE FROM SHOP LC OF THE UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, OR LACK THEREOF.

PLEASE - DIRECT ME TO WHOMEVER HANDLES A FRUSTRATED, EXHAUSTED AND NO LONGER SATISFIED SHOP LC CUSTOMER.

That's not cool Shop LC needs to start paying attention to their customer service dept. I've cut way down on shopping here, but seeing your issue I might just take a break.

File a complaint with the texas-austin better bus bureau.. you can do it on line and Im sure you will get a response from slc then...just a suggestion

Good morning,

We deeply apologize for this issue not being resolved sooner. I have refunded the the the total back to your PayPal account which should reflect soon. It seems this charge was do to some technical miscommunication between their billing system and ours. Additionally the issue was was only escalated to a floor manager instead of a Supervisor, leading to the appropriate parties being unaware this issue had occurred, the appropriate coachings will take place to insure this event does not reoccur. Again, we apologize for any inconveniences that may have transpired due to this series of mishaps. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you.
