Thats what I said when I joined. Damage control. I suggest people get out there and leave reviews all over the place.

And complaints to certain places. The BBB is a waste of time because they rate a business on how they respond to complaints on the BBB site. Companies pay to get on the BBB site. So SLC has a 100% rating because they always respond on that site. But their reviews have a rating of 3 and 1/2.

The BBB doesn't go into the legalities of a business.

There is the FTC, and something bigger.
