no shop lc on my roku

So I downloaded Xumo channel and did find shop lc. I found that you could not do anything but watch the channel. I could not set up my account so I could not order that way. Comparing the channel Xumo shop lc with shop lc on their website I found a 20 to 30 second delay. Which to me means if I wanted to order an item while watching the Xumo shop lc channel and then going onto their website the item could be already sold out and or moved onto a different item. As I do a larger percent of my shopping off watching the channel on my t.v. means I will not be shopping as often.
