frozen screen
My screen has been frozen for several hours on your channel only. All my other channels work. Has anyone else complained?

We are truly sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical difficulties while watching our programming. May we please have only your zip code and the cable/satellite provider and channel that you watch us on? Have you tried resetting your cable/satellite box or contacting your cable/satellite company? Every channel broadcasts on a specific signal, so it is very possible for the cable/satellite provider to have an issue with a single channel while all other channels work normally.
Could you please provide us with more information as to what issue you are experiencing online? Have you tried clearing your browser's temporary Internet files and cookies, then closing and relaunching your browser to see if that clears up the issue?
