Communicating with Hosts Live

I'm new to SLC and when I watch, I hear the hosts respond to customer comments or questions. Can anyone tell me how you can ask a question to a host while live? I'm pretty sure they don't see the questions being asked by clicking the "Send a message to the host" on the Live TV page. Is there another way?

I've thought the same about me too. Sometimes I get a response but not always. Seems like some of them don't even look at messages when on air.

They don’t reply to me anymore either and I’ve sent in questions about the item and they just ramble on talking about something else, often ignoring the item they’re selling. So I have just stopped sending in anything because it goes unanswered

Texting usually gets you a reply. Though you could message
them on air, most times they are pretty busy selling and might
not get to look at the messages till off air.
There's a wealth of info on the forum, a lot of great people!

That's encouraging! I haven't stopped trying but don't get a response like I used to.

Sent a tip regarding multi layered necklaces to Nikki a while back, it was short & simple but it was obvious she didn't understand. Oh well.
