Correct information please!

I wish the hosts would either pay attention and say the correct info, be given the correct info, or be aware of what they are selling beforehand so they can give the correct info.
A freshwater pearl ring they have showing now, Shawn said is in sterling silver with overlay. The graphic says TONE.

I have heard that many times! It will say "SilverTone", yet the host will say "Sterling Silver." Or they will say that a pendant comes with a chain when the screen says "Pendant Only."

Sometimes things the hosts get wrong are "minor" (even though minor still matters) but Sterling Silver vs. SilverTONE is MAJOR!!!!

To me, because I love Sterling Silver so much, it would be like them saying it's a "Swarovski"...when it's a "CZ."
