I think that option is available when using thier app or when you are making purchase using the automated system or customer service
To clarify you realize if you are trying to receive a discount for buy all you have to purchase item(s) during the on air presentation. -Gypsy

Gypsy is correct.
Buy all option is only available during the on air presentation. Only occasionally do they give anything off when you buy all. It has to show on the screen that there is a buy all option of usually 10% up to 50%. ( it will show how much percent you get off if you buy all)
But, be aware that you have to pay separate shipping on each item of the buy all. For example if its $2.99 shipping and you have a option to buy all, if there are lets say, 5 items in the buy all, your shipping costs will be 5x $2.99 ( $14.95)
