Wellllll....I learned something new today! I received a package from QVC and it was someone else’s order. Her name and address was inside the package. When I called QVC Customer Service I was told this happens “ALL the time”! They said it’s because the items are picked and put into the package by a robotic arm....the process is completely automated! They said they ship a million packages a day! (That could be a tad high!) Yikes!! So I guess no one is perfect, no business is without problems etc...and automation definitely has its issues too! Live and learn....
