I know what I would be doing if I were anywhere near where the buck stops - sneaking that little bottle in a paper bag out of my desk drawer and pretending that I'm putting one over on fellow coworkers as I pretend to care about all the little complaints.
We do care about all the feedback and suggestions that we receive. Change takes time, and just because something isn't changed immediately doesn't mean that attention is not being paid and the feedback and suggestions being reviewed and considered.
