Moderators help!
Good morning: is there an IT problem going on since last nite? My order history doesn’t show everything I purchased yesterday ! I hope my purchases went through! I have rebooted my modem & turned off my IPad for awhile. Please let me know if your system is down. Everything on my end seems ok... Happy 4th! Thank you.

Currently, we have received reports of an ongoing issue with our website servers and bad gateways too, and our team is already working on resolving this error as soon as possible. I shopped all day Friday. I got confirmation numbers $ tracking numbers. None of these items show in my bid history. If the system was not working correctly on Friday, why didn’t someone stop taking online orders/bid wins ??? I hope my card didn’t get charged. I WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY! This is outrageous. Why didn’t the system stop taking orders when it knew there was a major problem ? Someone please answer me........
